abstract The probiotic functional food is designed for people having liver impairments for making simultaneous complex and well-aimed effect on the human organism. The product regulates the function of the gastrointestinal tract and normalizes the intestinal microflora and simultaneously has antiphlogistic, analgetic and spasmolytic effect. It results to great increase of the cholesterol and bile salts secretion, which is of particular importance for the prevention and treatment of the bile duct, goal bladder, and liver diseases and the metabolism. The antibiotic functional food comprises dry lactic acid product, including freeze-dry mixture of low lactose wholesome or skimmed cow's milk, low lactose skimmed lactic hydrolysate of over 95% degraded lactic casein containing oligo-, di- and tripeptides and free aminoacids, low lactose wholesome ore skimmed milk, fermented with selected strains of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, containing up to 950 mil/g live and latent cells and saccharose or glucose, and/or fructose, and/or dextrose, pectin and dry extract of silybum marianum.
