titleOfInvention METHOD FOR OBTAINING EFFECTIVENESS GRANULATES CONTAINING IRON GRUKONATE, WHETHER OBTAINED GRANULATES AND CONTAINING THEM TABLETS
abstract The granulate contains iron gluconate as pharmacologically active ingredient, citric acid and sodium bicarbonate as an effervescent system. It is obtained by wet granulation in a fluid bed granulator. The method comprises the following steps: 1) charging a granulator with a mixture of ferrous gluconate, citric acid and sodium bicarbonate while simultaneously bringing air in the granulator heated to about 700 ° C and having a moisture content of <1.0 g / kg; ) wetting the mixture with pulverized water when the temperature of the mixture reaches about 350 ° C 3) evaporating the sprayed water while keeping the temperature of the mixture constant at 350 ° C 4) repeating steps 2) and 3) to obtain a granulate of the desired properties ; 5) drying the granule with air heated to about 800 ° C until a moisture content of less than 0.5%. The invention also relates to tablets containing the granules.
