abstract | The probiotic food additive comprises dry low-lactose milk product containing low-lactose wholesome or skimmed milk, low-lactose milk hydrolysate of degraded milk caseine, low-lactose milk, fermented with selected strains of Lactobacillus bulgaricus, as well as saccharose, aromatizers and pectine, dry extract of the roots of zhen-shen, vitamin C. vitamin E, vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12, folic acid, vitamin A and niacin (nicotinic acid). The combination of the unique qualities of the Bulgarian probiotic lactic acid products and those of the zhen-shen makes the product of particular usefulness for daily diet as a food additive, showing no whatever unwanted side effects. 1 claim |
