SOLUBLE T-CELL RECEPTOR |
abstract |
The invention relates to a recombinant soluble T-cell receptor (TCR) which is secondary bend and includes a recombinant TCR alpha or gamma chain extracellular region having a first heterologous C-terminal dimerization peptide and a recombinant TCR beta or gamma chain extracellular region with second C a terminal dimerization peptide that is specifically heterodimerised with the first dimerization peptide to form a heterodimerization region that can be doubly spiraling. The invention also relates to amino acid sequences encoding the recombinant TCR, and to a method for producing a recombinant TCR. The latter may be tagged to allow the detection of specific MHC complexes. In addition, it may be linked to a therapeutic agent, e.g. cytotoxic or immunostimulatory, so as to be delivered to a site specific for the MHC-peptide complex. |
