PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING PLASMA PROTEIN |
abstract |
The invention relates to water-soluble products and pharmaceutical compositions in liquid and solid form, mainly for parenteral use. They are a therapeutically active (low solubility in water having a significant protein binding affinity) and a plasma protein fraction in a controlled aggregation state. The active substance and the plasma protein fraction are bound by non-covalent bonds. The invention also relates to methods for preparing the products and pharmaceutical compositions. |
