titleOfInvention METHOD OF REMOVING ORGANIC AND / OR INORGANIC ACIDS FROM PHASE OF DERIVED PRODUCTS
abstract The method is used for the elimination of organic and/or inorganic acids from phases of degradation products, formed in the degradation of alkylhydroperoxides and in acidic catalytic degradation of cumenehydroperoxide. The organic acids are removed from a water flow of the products, and due to this it is possible to operate with a smaller volume capacity in comparison with the direct elimination of organic acids from the waste products phase by the anionic exchanger. By the method the phases of the degradable products are extracted by at least one extraction means. The organic part of the phases is admitted across an ionic exchanger and is subjected to at least a single distillation. Basically water phase containing organic acids is separated, which is passed across a second ion-exchanger. 18 claims, 1 figure
