abstract | The method finds application in breast surgery of parapsychic pulmonary operations. 100% autologous fibrin glue, produced by the own plasma of the respective diseased double cryoprecipitate stored at -800C, was thawed at 370C for 5-8 minutes before use. Activated only with calcium ions (1 part of gluconicum and 4 parts of autologous fibrin glue). 8 to 10 min after activation, using an individual sterile aerosol system, using gas oxygen at a pressure of 0.4-0.6 atmospheres, passing through a milliliter filter 0.22, the glue is sprayed onto the pulmonary parenchyma at the seam line at atypical resections, and on the depleted sections of the chord decoracition in chronic pulmonary emphysema. Apply uniformly on the designated surfaces from a distance of 5 to 8 cm. |
