WASHABLE QUALITATIVE TREATMENT OF GALANTAMINE HYDROBROMIDE |
abstract |
The tablet is for oral use. It contains as an active ingredient a therapeutically effective amount of galanthamine hydrobromide and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier (1: 1). The carrier comprises a diluent which is a spray-dried mixture of lactose monohydrate and microcrystalline cellulose (75:25), and a disintegrant. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of fast-dissolving tablets by direct compression. </ P> |
