The invention relates to compounds of general formula to their N-oxide forms, pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts and stereochemically isomeric forms. In the formula X is oxygen or sulfur, n is 2, 3, 4 or 5, R1 is hydrogen, C1-6alkyl, C1-6alkyloxy or halogen, R2 is hydrogen, C1-6alkyl, phenyl, phenylC1-6alkyl or phenylcarbonyl, R3 and R 4 are independently hydrogen, halogen, nitro, C 1-6 alkyl, C 1-6 alkyloxy, halogen C 1-6 alkyl, aminosulfonyl, mono- or di (C 1-4 alkyl) aminosulfonyl, or R 3 and R 4 may together form a divalent radical of formula - CH = CH-CH = CH. The invention also relates to a method for the preparation of compounds, compositions containing them, and their use in medicine, to compounds of formula I containing a radiolabelled isotope, to a method for marking dopamine D4 receptor sites and to a method for imaging of organs. |
