The compounds have the structural formula wherein X and Y are each hydrogen, chloro, fluoro, bromo or iodo or trifluoromethyl and n is 0, 1 or 2; R is hydrogen, fluoro, chloro, bromo or iodo. The invention also relates to the racemates of said compounds, to their enantiomeric mixtures, to the individual diastereomers or the individual enantiomers in all isomeric forms, as well as to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates or crystalline forms which are antiarrhythmic agents. |
