titleOfInvention CREATING MOLDS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ARTICLES IN HARD FOAM (POLYURETHANE) IN WOOD IMITATION AND FURTHER PROCESSING OF THESE PLATES TO RENOVATE OLD INTERIOR AND OUTDOOR DOORS AND OLD KITCHENS.
abstract The original piece must be manufactured in a selected type of wood. When the piece is ready, brush it with a wire brush so that the wood grain can be clearly felt. Then the piece is varnished and the piece is sealed with a sealer. Then varnish again and rub it dry with a soft cloth. Now the actual manufacture of the mold begins. Apply a first layer of epoxy resin so that the wood is precisely covered. After this operation wait about 1 hour and then apply a slightly thicker layer and after 1 hour again a slightly thicker layer. After this operation, apply a mixture of aluminum granules with laminating resin (+ - 2 cm) and tamp well. Then insert a metal weaving net and apply a new layer of this mixture. After drying, the frame and the original piece are removed and the mold is ready to be used.
