titleOfInvention | BIOLUMINESCENCE ASSAY METHOD USING IMMOBILIZED ENZYMES. |
abstract | Use of the luciferase adsorbed on the wall of an assay tube in order to assay certain enzymes or their substrates by bioluminescence, The invention consists in immobilizing on a tube which will be used for the assay by bioluminescence the luciferase and one of the NADH or NADPH: FMN oxidoreductase. This adsorption will make it possible to assay NADH or NADPH in solution and therefore another dehydrogenase or its substrate. This dehydrogenase can also be co-immobilized on the tube with the other 2 enzymes, which allows an assay of its substrate in the reaction solution. A fourth enzyme could also be added to the system. |
