abstract | Process for the production of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, according to which a phenylalanine ammonia-lyase-producing microorganism is cultivated under aerobic growth-promoting conditions and this microorganism is induced by induction to produce phenylalanine ammonia-lyase ( PAL) under the conditions of production of significant quantities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, then the resulting fermentation medium is exposed to substantially static anaerobic conditions which improve the stability of the enzyme. |
