abstract Heat shrinkable manufactured products (eg sleeve 1) made of semi-crystalline polymers having glass transition temperatures, (tg) greater than about 25 degrees C which exhibit surprisingly high shrinkage stresses under certain conditions. To manufacture this heat-shrinkable manufactured product, the manufactured product is heated beyond the Tg, it is deformed between Tg and Tm and it is cooled below Tg, while the deformation state is maintained.
