The invention relates to aminocyclopentanes which correspond to formulas 1a and 1b in which R1 is -H, C1-C6 alkyl or C7-C10 aralkyl, W is C1-C7 alkylene, X is cis or trans - - <CH < 0CH-, <y is a saturated amino heterocyclic group having 5-8 cyclic links R2 is a substituted or unsubstituted naphthylalkyl, thienylalkyl or phenylalkyl group or a cinnamyl radical and Z represents a radical -CH2OH, -CHO or -CONHR4 or R4 is H or methyl, as well as their salts and solvates. These compounds inhibit thromboagglutination, bronchconstriction and vasoconstriction. |
