abstract | Process for the preparation of the 5'-0-triphosphoryl-5- (3-allylaminobiotin) uridine derivative and of the 5'-0-triphosphoryl-2'-deoxy-5- (3-allylaminobiotin) uridine derivative by the reaction of a derivative 5-mercuric of uridine triphosphate or deoxyuridine triphosphate with allylaminobiotin, mercuric compound obtained by the reaction of 5'-0-triphosphoryl 2'-deoxyuridine with a mercuric compound chosen from, acetate, chloride, mercuric nitrate, perchlorate, acetamide and trinitromethane. Allyminobiotin is obtained by the reaction of the biotin N-hydroxysuccimide with allylamine. |
