The laser machining apparatus includes a chamber capable of receiving a workpiece (16) and means for moving the workpiece along its X, Y, and Z axes relative to the laser beam (178). The machining atmosphere is maintained inside the machining chamber and a sealing device in the form of a plate having a peripheral surface of the machining chamber, so that the processing chamber machining can be driven without resistance by the drive mechanisms. |
