titleOfInvention Crushed rock grain and method for its manufacture
abstract The present invention provides a rock crushing aggregate comprising a cracking agent, an expanding agent and an electrolyte solution, wherein the cracking agent consists of an oxidizer, a fuel and a binder; wherein the expansion agent is a swelling agent or a metal compound; the electrolytic solution is one of or a mixed solution of two or more of the sodium chloride solution, the calcium hydroxide solution, the sodium sulfate solution and the sodium hydroxide solution. The rock crushing grain of this invention can be widely used in urban blasting projects without harming human and animal health, causing low blasting vibration, and not contaminating the environment, production, transportation and safety of use. In addition, it has advantages over other non-explosive explosives in that it is environmentally friendly, provides much more convenience of use, has a relatively high blast equivalent, is relatively stable, and the like. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing the above-mentioned crushed rock grain, wherein the hazard coefficient of the manufacturing method is small, environmentally friendly and easy to handle.
