abstract A method of improving the corrosion resistance of a navigation float lamp holder is disclosed. The method includes: spraying a special anti-corrosion coating onto the navigation float lamp holder and drying, wherein the anti-corrosion coating is prepared from components comprising: epoxy resin, a reinforcing powder, graphene, an organic solvent, zinc stearate, sodium hexametaphosphate, a curing agent and an accelerator. The procedure is easy to operate. The floating body lamp holder treated with the process has greatly improved surface corrosion resistance, which could increase the stability of its use and guarantee the safety of the floating body marker.
