abstract |
A method for the detection of antibiotics with a B-lactam nucleus in a biological fluid comprising the following steps: a) bringing a determined volume of said biological fluid into contact with a quantity of recognition agent and incubating the mixture thus obtained under conditions allowing the complexation of the antibiotics possibly present in said biological liquid with the recognition agent, b) bringing the mixture obtained in step a) into contact with at least one reference antibiotic immobilized on a support, in conditions allowing the complexation of the reference antibiotic with the quantity of recognition agent which did not react in step a), and c) the determination of the quantity of recognition agent fixed on the characterized support in that the recognition agent comprises a receptor sensitive to beta-lactam nucleus antibiotics obtained from Bacillus licheniformis. |
