titleOfInvention NUCLEOTIDE SEQUENCE ENCODING THE BETA 2 TRANSFORMING GROWTH FACTOR PRECURSOR, BETA 2 TRANSFORMING GROWTH FACTOR PRECURSOR AND BETA 2 TRANSFORMING GROWTH FACTOR.
abstract The present invention essentially relates to a nucleotide sequence coding for the precursor of the transforming growth factor beta 2. According to the invention, this nucleotide sequence comprises the nucleotide coding sequence substantially as shown in FIG. 1a from approximately the nucleotide residue number 1 up to approximately the nucleotide residue number 1326. The invention finds application in particular in the production in large quantities of the growth factor transforming beta 2.
