Human monoclonal antibody having a binding property with the lipopolysaccharides of the strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa classified in serotypes A, F, G and M according to the classification of the Japanese Commission and also a binding property with the lipid A of Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia, Salmonella and Pseudomonas which is effective in the prevention and treatment of infections caused by bacteria including Pseudomonas aeruginosa and endotoxin shock caused by Gram-negative bacteria; preparation of such an antibody; cell lines secreting this antibody. |
