titleOfInvention | Method and product for the preparation of emulsions viscous oil in water emulsions and well prepared. |
abstract | Method for recovering a natural material based on viscous hydrocarbons, characterized in that it comprises the steps in which: (a) a first hydrocarbon-in-water emulsion is formed from said natural material based of viscous hydrocarbons using an emulsifier, the hydrocarbon-in-water emulsion having a water content of at least 15% by weight, a viscosity not exceeding 5 Pa.s at 50 degrees C and a size of the oil droplets not exceeding 300 micrometers, and (b) the first emulsion of hydrocarbon-in-water is degassed at a temperature lowered to 35 degrees C and at a pressure of at least 20 psi (1 , 4 bars), so as to obtain a degassing yield of the hydrocarbon-in-water emulsion greater than or equal to 90% in order to produce a degassed hydrocarbon-in-water emulsion having a content of gas less than 142 liters of gas per barrel (159) liters of emulsion. |
