abstract |
This invention discloses a preservation medium of Hosta plantaginea in vitro nplantlets. This invention belongs to the technical field of plant tissue culture. The npreservation medium of Hosta plantaginea in vitro plantlets in this invention is MS nmedium supplemented with sucrose, mannitol, abscisic acid (ABA), chlormequat nchloride (CCC), and agar. The medium in this invention is used to preserve Hosta nplantaginea in vitro plantlets. Hosta plantaginea in vitro plantlets can be preserved nfor six months and the survival rate of plantlets is 100%. What's more, the phenotype nof plantlets is stable and no degeneration or variation occurred after reculture. The nmedium in this invention has low cost, overcomes the shortcomings of existing npreservation media such as short preservation duration and phenotypic variation after npreservation.
