abstract The invention discloses a diagnostic kit and an application of MAK16 in preparing a nreagent for early diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The diagnostic kit can be nused for early diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus diseases, the reagent kit comprises nan enzyme-labeled plate, human protein MAK16 as antigen, coating solution, standard serum, nenzyme-labeled reagent, sealing solution and sample diluent. Human protein MAK16 was ncoated on an enzyme-labeled plate, and the optical density of IgG antibody against human nprotein MAK16 in serum was measured to assist in the diagnosis of systemic lupus nerythematosus. The invention provides a sensitive, safe, reliable and easy-to-operate ncommercial kit, which is helpful for auxiliary diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SLE by nqualitatively detecting the level of IgG antibody against protein MAK16 in human serum; The nspecificity and sensitivity of the kit for SLE screening or preliminary diagnosis are 88.12% and n48.98%, respectively. The specificity and sensitivity for differential diagnosis of SLE are n86.50% and 39.50%, which can be used as an useful supplement to the existing diagnostic nmarkers of SLE.
