titleOfInvention Fresh keeping method for Oreochromis mossambicus fillets
abstract The present invention provides a fresh-keeping method for Oreochromis mossambicus nfillets, which includes the following steps: (1) electrolyzing a hydrochloric acid solution to nprepare electrolyzed water; (2) Take the electrolyzed water prepared in step (1), add a color npreservative composed of sodium erythorbate and sodium bicarbonate to obtain a preservation nliquid, and then make the preservation liquid into fresh-keeping ice; (3) Cover the Oreochromis nmossambicus fillets with fresh-keeping ice in the foam box, and seal them for storage, then nstore them in ice to keep the Oreochromis mossambicus fillets fresh.
