titleOfInvention Banana tissue culture seedling cultivation substrate and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a banana tissue culture seedling cultivation substrate and npreparation method and application thereof. The banana pseudostem biochar of the npresent invention is prepared by cutting the banana pseudostems and naturally airndrying them until the water content drops below 15%, crushing them into particles nwith a diameter of 2-10 mm, and processing them in a carbonization fumace. The nbanana tissue culture seedling cultivation substrate is prepared by uniformly mixing n1%-3% (mass fraction) of banana pseudostem biochar and balance nutrient soil. The napplication of banana pseudostem biochar can obviously optimize the metabolic nactivity of banana seedling soil microbial community. A large number of bacterial nmetabolic activities and biochar bring in a large number of nutrient elements, which nimprove the soil fertility and significantly promote the growth of banana tissue culture nseedlings. Banana pseudostem biochar has shown a good application effect in banana ncultivation, and has a broad prospect in the cultivation and application of bananas and nother plants.nDRAWINGS n4 n0 nCK C1C2 C3 nTreament nFigure 5 nFigure 6 n3
