titleOfInvention | Effects of Ganoderma lucidum fermentation on the main chemical components in mulberry leaves α- Effects of glucosidase inhibitors on their properties |
abstract | In recent years, as a global chronic disease, the incidence rate of diabetes has been nincreasing rapidly, and it has become the third serious threat to human health after ncancer and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Traditional diabetes drugs nare expensive and have great side effects on the body. Therefore, it is safe and ninexpensive to develop new effective multi targets from natural Chinese herbal nmedicine a- Glucosidase inhibitors have become a hot topic in recent years. nMulberry leaf, as a traditional Chinese medicine in China, is used as a traditional nChinese medicine to control diabetes. It contains a variety of functional ncomponents of hypoglycemia. The mechanism of hypoglycemic effect in mulberry nleaves is characterized by multi-component, multi-target, multi-channel and multineffect, which has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad. However, nthe research on mulberry leaves is almost based on its dry leaves, and few nresearches on fresh medicine. The project applied microbial fermentation nengineering to the biological processing of fresh mulberry leaves, in order to nenrich the active components of hypoglycemic and improve its efficacy, which has nimportant theoretical and applied research value. n1 |
