titleOfInvention | A method for treating actinidia deliciosa with ethephon |
abstract | The invention relates to a ripening method of Actinidia deliciosa, in particular to a method for ntreating Actinidia deliciosa with ethephon, which comprises the following steps: taking ncommercially available 'Hongyang Actinidia deliciosa as material, selecting fruits of uniform size nand relatively consistent maturity; three treatments were set, with each treatment of 6 kg fruits, and nthe mass fractions of ethephon were 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg, respectively. The fruits were soaked nfor 3 min, then dried in the shading, sealed with 0.05 mm polyethylene bag, and placed in cartons. nUntreated fruits were used as control groups. There were 3 replicates per 2 kg Actinidia deliciosa in n1 bag; the treated and control fruits were stored at room temperature at 20 °C, and their hardness nwas measured by Taylor hardness tester. The beneficial effect of the invention is that, with the nprolonging of the storage period of Actinidia deliciosa, the content of soluble solids in both control nand ethephon treated fruits gradually increases, and the hardness of Actinidia deliciosa fruit treated nwith different ethephon mass fraction decreases faster than that of control fruit. n1 |
