abstract OF THE DISCLOSURE nAn analysis instrument for sequentially ionizing a rare-earth ore sample is provided. The nanalysis instrument includes a sequential soft ionization device and a mass spectrometer. The nsequential soft ionization device includes a reagent quantitative-adding and mixing system, a nmicro liquid distributing and conveying system, a microscopic morphology analysis system, a nmicro sample cell and interface system, a field energy coupling and adjusting system, a special nhigh-efficiency ionization system, a timing triggering and intelligent control system and a nsupporting and connecting system. These six systems are scientifically arranged and compactly ninstalled on the supporting and connecting system, and work under the control of the timing ntriggering and intelligent control system, so that all systems assist with each other in time and nspace.
