abstract | This invention provides preparation method, product and application of starchnbased wood adhesive modified by binary organosilicon system, belonging to the field nof adhesive technology, the preparation method comprises (1) Preparing oxidized nstarch, (2) Mixing Sodium dodecyl sulfate and polyoxyethylene octyl phenol ether-10 ninto a composite emulsifier, (3)Mixing Itaconic acid, 3-(methacryloyloxy) propyl ntrimethoxysilane and 1,2- bis (triethoxysilyl) ethane according to the molar ratio of n1:0.08:0.92, (4) Pouring the composite emulsifier prepared in the step 2 into the nmixture prepared in the step 3 to obtain an emulsion, (5) Adding initiator ammonium npersulfate into the emulsion prepared in step 4 to obtain a mixture, (6) Adding the nmixture prepared in step 5 into the oxidized starch solution prepared in step 1, and ndischarging after the reaction is completed. The raw materials used in the preparation nmethod are non-toxic and environment-friendly materials, which can significantly nimprove the wet bonding strength of starch. |
