abstract | METHOD FOR PREPARING 2,4-DICHLORO-3,5nDINITROBENZOTRIFLUORIDE nABSTRACT nA method for preparing 2,4-dichloro-3,5-dinitrobenzotrifluoride. The method includes: nmixing 2,4-dichlorobenzotrifluoride, fuming nitric acid and fuming sulfuric acid for a nfirst nitrification reaction to yield a waste acid and an intermediate compound; mixing the nintermediate compound with a mixed acid including fuming nitric acid and fuming nsulfuric acid for a second nitrification reaction to yield a semi waste acid and a final nproduct of 2,4-dichloro-3,5-dinitrobenzotrifluoride. The semi waste acid is recycled and nmixed with 2,4-dichlorobenzotrifluoride for a next first nitrification reaction. The method nis carried out in two steps with simple operation and short reaction time. In addition, the nsemi waste acid produced in the second nitrification reaction can be recycled for the first nnitrification reaction, which is cost-effective, environment-friendly, and reduces the ndischarge of waste acid. n11 |
