titleOfInvention A Special Baby Wet Wipe Capable of Antisepsis, Anti-inflammation, Anti-pruritus and Eczema Removal
abstract The invention discloses a special baby wet wipe capable of antisepsis, anti-inflammation, antinpruritus and eczema removal, involved in the field of wet wipes production technology. The nbaby wet wipe is composed of a wet wipe matrix and base fluid adsorbed on the matrix. nSpecifically, the wet wipe matrix is made of non-woven fabric and the base fluid is refined and nprocessed from Lonicerajaponica, Taraxacum mongolicum, Bo-chrysanthemum, Houttuynia ncordata, Mentha haplocalyx, and Camellia seeds. The special wet wipes for infants and young nchildren use membrane technology for integrated extraction and separation. Further, they are nmainly made of non-woven fabric fully impregnated with Chinese herbal extracts and ncompound essential oils. More importantly, the special wet wipe not only has good antininflammatory and antipruritic effect, but also has no harm to children's skin and no side effects.nFIGURES n1/1 n(1) Lonicera japonica, Mentha appcyalx Bo-chrysanthemum, Houttuynia gorata-> npreparation by screening-> weighing-> mixing-> extraction (with deionized water) n+ separation by integrated membrane technology-> concentrating-> bacteriostat.-, nFigure 1 A processing flow chart of the mixture of traditional Chinese medicine extracts nand compound essential oils. n(2) Mentha hqpocajp x and Camellia seeds (hulled)->screening >weighing ->mixing 9 nextraction (CO 2supercritical fluid extraction) ->compound essential oil.nNon-woven fabric ->sterilization +fold +wet wipe base fluid + crosscut- stack nonline detection ->pack seall -manual detection -pack storage.<J nFigure 2 A production flow chart of the special baby wet wipe capable of antisepsis, antininflammation, anti-pruritus and eczema removal.
