abstract | DCC- 2/92021 nABSTRACT nThe present disclosure discloses an old Pinus massoniana bark extract for treating nlung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and various bone metastases, and a preparation nmethod thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) crushing an old nPinus massoniana bark to 80 mesh to 100 mesh to obtain an old Pinus massoniana bark npowder; 2) soaking the old Pinus massoniana bark powder in water at 4°C to 25°C for 1 h nto 10 h, where, the old Pinus massoniana bark powder and water have a mass-volume ratio nof 1:10 to 1:15; 3) subjecting a resulting mixture to ultrasonic extraction for 5 min to 2 h nand to filtration to obtain an old Pinus massoniana bark aqueous extract solution; and 4) ndrying the old Pinus massoniana bark aqueous extract solution to obtain the old Pinus nmassoniana bark extract. Active ingredients in the old Pinus massoniana bark extract of nthe present disclosure include polyphenols, total alkalis, and polysaccharides, which are nespecially effective in treating human LSCC and various bone metastases, with a cure rate nas high as 99.8% to 99.9% or even 100%.
