titleOfInvention A Prawn Recirculating Aquaculture Method Combined with Nitrification and Assimilation
abstract The invention relates to a prawn recirculating aquaculture method combined with nnitrification and assimilation, belonging to the technical field of aquaculture. The naquaculture system specifically comprises multiple culture ponds, a microfilter, a waterncirculating pump, a biofilter, an ultraviolet sterilization device and a Roots blower. When nin use, fish bait of 40-50% brown granulated sugar or 50-60% molasses is added to the npond every day to promote the growth of heterotrophic bacteria, and some metabolic nwastes are removed by bacterial assimilation. In the recirculating aquaculture system with nnitrification as the core of water treatment, carbon sources are continuously increased nduring the cultivation, so that while promoting the growth of bacteria in the aquaculture nwaters and enhancing the assimilation of bacteria, the nitrification of nitrifying bacteria is nnot inhibited. The assimilation and nitrification together purify the water, thereby nimproving the microbial water treatment efficiency, reducing the load of the water ntreatment system and improving the aquaculture environment.n-1/2n.r PoUo"F culture cuure1 nbiofilTers e icrurofilter nSpnde poe pde pond nbackwash nblowdown<' nand < coastal nreservoir< filter t seawater<nFigure I nThe schematic structural diagram of the recirculating aquaculture method of Penaeus nvannamei.
