abstract |
The present disclosure relates to microbial technology, and provides a microbial noil containing ARA at an sn-2 position, a preparation method and uses therefor. A nweight percentage of ARA at the sn-2 position of triglyceride in the microbial oil is nnot less than 23%. The method for producing the microbial oil is carried by ninoculating Mortierella alpina strains into a fermentation medium to for fermentation. nThe Mortierella alpina strains is assigned accession No. 607344. The ARA at the sn-2 nposition of triglyceride in the microbial oil is far more than the ARA at the sn-i and nsn-3 position of triglyceride, which improves the absorption of the ARA in the nmicrobial oil in human body and effectively facilitates the utilization of ARA in nhuman body. |
