abstract The present invention addresses the problem of expeditiously providing immune cells to a recipient. The present invention is for a system for providing immune cells from donors (non-recipients) to a recipient, the system comprising: a step for formulating immune cells collected from the donors into medicinal preparations for the respective units appropriate for administration; a step for performing an evaluation test on the medicinal preparations; a step for cold-storing or freezing the medicinal preparations and making the inventories of the medicinal preparations along with information items about immune types of the donors; and a step for, on the basis of the information items about the immune types of the donors and information about an immune type of the recipient, selecting, from among the inventory medicinal preparations that have undergone the evaluation test, a medicinal preparation suitable for the recipient or specifying a recipient suitable for a selected medicinal preparation that has undergone the evaluation test.
