SURFACING MATERIALS FOR COMPOSITE STRUCTURES nABSTRACT n5 An integrated electrically conductive surfacing material comprising: n(a) a stiffening layer selected from: n(i) a nonporous thermoplastic layer; and n(ii) a woven fabric or nonwoven veil that is infused or coated with a curable resin ncomposition which is not tacky at room temperature (20C to 25C); n10 (b) a curable resin layer comprising one or more thermoset resins and a curing agent; n(c) a conductive layer between the stiffening layer and the curable resin layer; and n(d) a nonwoven layer laminated to the curable resin layer, nwherein the stiffening layer (a) and the nonwoven layer (d) are outermost layers and nthe exposed surfaces of the outermost layers are substantially tack-free at room temperature n15 (20C to 25°C), and nwherein the stiffening layer is a woven fabric or nonwoven veil that is infused or coated with a nglassy resin composition. |
