abstract Provided are an IC-RT-LAMP reagent kit for specifically detecting lettuce necrotic yellows virus and a detection method and use thereof. The reagent kit comprises an LNYV antibody IgG, an RT reverse primer LNYV-R, a LAMP primer set, a first strand cDNA synthesis reagent, a LAMP amplification reaction reagent, a fluorescent dye test solution, a negative control, and a positive control, the LAMP primer set being composed of a forward outer primer F3, a reverse outer primer B3, a forward inner primer FIP, a reverse inner primer BIP, a forward loop primer LF, and a reverse loop primer LB. The sensitivity of the detection method reaches 3.5 pg/mL, 100 times higher than ordinary PCR.
