abstract The present disclosure provides a biosensor for the detection of Salmonella ntyphimurium, belonging to the technical field of harmful microorganism detection. The nbiosensor is composed of a carbon quantum dot (Td-CD) modified by the aptamer of nSalmonella typhimurium and a magnetic bead (Td-MB) modified by the aptamer of nSalmonella typhimurium. Among them, the aptamer of Salmonella typhimurium is nassembled with other nucleic acids to form a DNA tetrahedral structure through nsequence design, and then used to modify carbon quantum dots and magnetic beads, nrespectively.
