This invention nprovides a strawberry preservation method. After a period of fumigation, the essential oils were expelled by open nthe vent. The strawberry preservation device provided by the invention can achieve nthe essential oil fumigation treatment of strawberry, and the maintain of the fruit nquality, decreased the fruit mechanical damage in the process of storage and ntransportation, and extended the shelf life of strawberry. |
