abstract The invention provides a strawberry preservation device, which includes a ncabinet body with a multi-layer storage shelf inside the cabinet containing storage ntrays. The inner walls of left and right sides of the cabinet are provided with fans and nelectrostatic spray devices, and a vent on the top of the cabinet. This invention nprovides a strawberry preservation method. A strawberry preservation method is that nfresh harvested strawberries are single-layer placed in the storage trays in the cabinet. nThen using an electrostatic spray device to spray the plants with essential oil nnano-emulsion. After a period of fumigation, the essential oils were expelled by open nthe vent. The strawberry preservation device provided by the invention can achieve nthe essential oil fumigation treatment of strawberry, and the maintain of the fruit nquality, decreased the fruit mechanical damage in the process of storage and ntransportation, and extended the shelf life of strawberry.
