titleOfInvention Water-based interior paint and preparation method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to the technical field of water-based interior paints, and provides water-based interior paint and a preparation method thereof. In the present invention, water-based special emulsion is mixed with a film-forming additive, additives, a pigment, fillers, and water to prepare water-based interior paint. The prepared water-based interior paint has excellent performance such as scrub resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, high contrast ratio, and good water resistance. The comprehensive performance of the water-based paint is better than that of a superior product stipulated in GB/T9756-2018 "Synthetic Resin Emulsion Coatings for Interior Wall". In addition, the water-based interior paint provided in the present invention has advantages of ultra low VOC content, zero formaldehyde release, and ultra-low content of heavy metal elements. Moreover, in the water-based paint, the content of dichlorooctylisothiazolinone (DCOIT) is less than 50 mg/kg, and the total content of isothiazolinones is less than 400 mg/kg.
