A multilayer self-adhesive fouling release coating composition comprising the nfollowing layers: n(i) an optional removable underlying liner; n(ii) an adhesive layer applied over and to the optional underlying liner nwhen the latter is present; n(iii)a synthetic material layer applied over and to the adhesive layer n(ii); n(iv)optionally, an intermediate silicone tie coat applied over and to the nsynthetic material layer (iii); n(v) a silicone fouling release top coat applied over and to the synthetic nmaterial layer (iii), or, when present, over and to the intermediate nsilicone tie coat (iv); and optionally n(vi)a removable polymeric film applied over and to the fouling release ntop coat (v). |
