abstract The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to the construction of an electrochemical device that accumulates electrical energy and can be used in modern power engineering, for example in devices that accumulate energy from regenerative braking on a mode of transport, as traction batteries for electric transport (electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles), and in stand-by power supply systems during operation in continuous float charge mode or trickle charge mode.
