abstract This user terminal is characterized by having: a reception unit that receives a plurality of PDSCH; and a control unit that, when the time offset between reception of corresponding downlink control information for each PDSCH and reception by the PDSCH is less than a prescribed threshold value, assumes that a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) for serving cell PDSCH is quasi-co-located with a reference signal in a Transmission Configuration Indication (TCI) state for a Quasi-Co-Location (QCL) parameter used for QCL instructions for PDCCH for the lowest CORESET-ID for a prescribed panel in the latest slot having at least one COntrol REsource SET (CORESET) set to the user terminal, in an active Bandwidth Part (BWP) of the serving cell. As a result of the present invention, DL communications can be appropriately implemented even if multi-panel/TRP are used.
