The invention concerns a composition for the production of calcium sulfoaluminate (CSA) reinforced concrete, comprising a calcium sulfoaluminate cement and a passivating salt selected from a nitrite of an alkali or alkaline-earth metal, a nitrate of an alkali or alkaline-earth metal and mixtures thereof, wherein the molar concentration of the anion of the passivating salt is in the range from 15 to 500 mol per 1 cubic meter (m3) of concrete. |
