The present disclosure relates to a method of preparing a strain liquid through the fermentation of olives, a strain liquid obtained thereby, and uses of the strain liquid. The strain liquid can find use in health care, particularly in alleviation or improvement of cough, hyperuricemia, gastritis, light hair loss, breast hyperplasia, aphtha, skin disease such as scarring, saggy skin, freckle and in adjustment of prolactin. |
