abstract | A recycling process of wastewater containing ammonium ion and a preparation method of metal oxide. The process comprises: adding an alkaline substance to the wastewater containing ammonium chloride to form a slurry, and heating the slurry to collect an ammonia gas; using the ammonia gas and a carbon dioxide gas to perform a precipitating reaction in metal chloride solution to complete solid-liquid separation, obtaining metal carbonates and/or metal basic carbonates and precipitated waste liquid; and returning the precipitated waste liquid as the wastewater containing ammonium chloride. By means of recovering the wastewater containing ammonium chloride to obtain an ammonia gas, and using same together with carbon dioxide for precipitating a metal chloride solution, a metal carbonate and/or a metal basic carbonate is obtained, while the waste water produced is recycled again. The process combines wastewater treatment and a metal smelting separation process, not only handling the complicated ammonia-nitrogen wastewater to recycle ammonia, but also obtaining a metal carbonate and/or metal basic carbonate product; and a carbon dioxide gas can also be obtained from the industrial waste gas, reducing emission of greenhouse gases. |
