Provided is a rubber composition that has excellent adhesiveness to a reinforcement material, particularly a reinforcement material having undergone environmental degradation. This rubber composition is formed by mixing: a rubber component including a diene rubber; a phenolic resin; and carbon black. The phenolic resin mixing amount is 3 parts by mass or more in relation to 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber. |
