The board comprises a plastic board and a semi-rigid PVC layer adhered to the plastic board. Raw materials for manufacturing the plastic board comprise the following components in weight per centage: 45% to 60% of PVC, 28% to 40% of light calcium carbonate, 1% to 3% of calcium-zinc compound stabilizer, 0.4% to 0.6% of PVC internal lubricant, 0.2% to 0.3% of PVC external lubricant, 0.2% to 0.4% of foaming agent, 0.3% to 0.5% of sodium bicarbonate, 3% to 5% of PVC foaming regulator, 1% to 3% of toughener, and 2% to 4% of PVC intensifier, wherein the total of weight percentages of the raw materials for manufacturing the plastic board is 100%. The board for a floor provided in the present invention has a low moisture absorption rate and has zero formaldehyde.
